[edit] How to find and browse folders and files

In the left column of the main Cushy Stock interface there is the folder tree under the Files tab. When you select a folder in the tree you will see all the images and vector files under that folder in the main view window (center column). You can also see zip archives.

If the option "Make full scan of new folders" was enabled the first time any folder was visited, you will see the Full Scan wizard. This wizard will process files in scanned folders, adding all their meta data to the database (keywords, IPTC, EXIF). Next time you open a folder that has been scanned, the wizard won't run.

Using the wizard is highly recommended. When a folder is opened for browsing it will force the processing and indexing of that folder. When you use Searching files it looks through indexed files only.
