[edit] How to add an image to the catalog

In the Cushy Stock program the category tree can be found in two places:

1. In the bottom part of the Image info tab in the right column - this view is used primarily for assigning one or more images to a particular category. To do this, go to Files tab on the left side of the application interface. In the file tree you should select the directory that contains the images you want to work with. This will display thumbnails for the images in that folder. Finally, just select one or several (using Ctrl or Shift key) thumbnails and simply drag and drop them onto one of the appropriate categories in the expanded category tree on the right.

2. Under the Catalog tab in the left column of the interface - this view is used primarily to manage the keywords associated with each category, which provides a flexible and intuitive way to quickly apply related keywords to the images associated with those categories.

[edit] How to add keywords to the catalog

First, select any catalog category under the Catalog tab in the left column (see #2 above). At the bottom of the tab you will see all the related keywords currently assigned to the category. By default there are no keywords in a category. You can add related keywords separated by comma. If you add some images to the catalog, you will see related keywords at the bottom of the Keywords tab. You can check desired keywords here and add them to the selected image (by clicking the "add" button or by using drag and drop).
