At the Image Info tab you can see (or enter) some base attributes of image. Image Name is describes short image caption. Description is a multi line image description. You can enter copyright into the Copyright field. Some microstock agencies forbid to publishing author copyrights. Also you can enter Contact info such as web site URL or similar. You mast enter 20-30 keywords for the image. There is an ability to generate keywords.
