I recommend you to post your suggestions at the wish list page. At first find your wish at the wish list. If the wish already exists you can just vote it. The top wishes will be released in the first place.

You can post your question at the forum. I recommend this way to post your questions. Thus any other users can view the answer.
Also you can send email to support@cushystock.com or send request from site
[edit] Bug reporting
When you report a bug you should run the program use shortcut "Extended logging" in the Cushy Stock submenu in the start menu. In this case LogFile.log will contain all your steps and system behavior. In the program click the Send bug report button, describe the issue and attach LogFile.log file. Than your email will be sent to bugs@cushystock.com
Also you can post the bug report at the tracker.
